Gets the convex hull, given a list of vertices

Parameters

allVertices
Type: IList<(Of <(<'Vertex>)>)>
All vertices.
solidVolume
Type: Double
The volume of the tessellated solid, if known. This represents the lower bound on the convex hull, which is used in a check to finding the convex hull.
